The Kicking Bear Team showed up in full force at the yearly ATA convention. This year the convention took place January 18-20 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Team members manned the Kicking Bear booth bringing awareness to the organization and it's role to enrich the lives of underpriviledged/at risk children by introducing them to the outdoors.
While team members were busy working the booth Kicking Bear Board members were out working with companies that sponsor Kicking Bear and with companies interested in joining the team.
Founder Ray Howell stated "many good things were accomplished at the convention and set in motion. I am pleased with the way things worked out and am very excited about what Kicking Bear can now accomplish in 2007."
